1.2. Pricing and Finality The final amount displayed at checkout for a prepaid order is the definitive amount that will be charged. There are no hidden charges or external payment processing fees passed on to the customer.
2. Cash on Delivery (CoD) Policy and Handling Fee
Cash on Delivery (CoD) is offered as a convenience for customers who prefer to pay at the time of delivery. Due to the added logistics complexity, increased processing costs, and the associated risks of returns and reverse logistics, CoD orders incur a transparent, variable CoD Handling Fee.
2.1. Transparency Mandate The applicable CoD Handling Fee is calculated dynamically based on your total cart value and will be explicitly displayed next to the CoD payment option and as a separate line item in your final Order Summary breakdown. This fee is non-negotiable and must be paid along with the product price upon delivery.
2.2. Purpose of the Fee This fee covers the administrative costs associated with cash collection, reconciliation, secure remittance, increased insurance costs, and the higher rate of failed deliveries (RTO – Return to Origin) inherent to the CoD service model.
